Upskilling of support workforce within social care provision to care for the increasing healthcare needs of individuals receiving social care support. In addition will fast track those who want to become registered nurses. |

An initiative in Betsi Cadwaladr UHB where the Red Cross are being used by Care Homes to convey patients to hospital inc ED, thereby allowing care staff to remain at the home.
