Board and committee meetings

You are invited to attend Health Education and Improvement Wales’ Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 26.09.2024 at 12:45pm, where we will be presenting our Annual Report our Annual Quality Report and Annual Accounts for 2023/24.

By joining this meeting, you will have the opportunity to hear about our progress and performance during 2023/24 and our plans for the future. There will also be opportunities for you to ask questions to our Board. We would ask that, where possible, you submit your questions in advance to HEIW.Communications@wales.nhs.uk. 

However, there will also be opportunities to ask questions during the meeting.

If you would like to ask a Question to the Board during the Annual General Meeting please follow the below instructions:

To ask a question:

1. Enter your question into the Q&A box, then click Send.
2. If the host replies via the Q&A, you will see a reply in the Q&A window. The host can also answer your question live (out loud). You will see a notification in the Q&A window if the host plans to do this.

When you join the webinar, you’ll be asked for your preferred language. The source language for these meetings is ‘Welsh’ and the translated language ‘English’. If you want to hear the whole meeting in English please select English. If you would like to hear the parts of the meeting spoken in Welsh, please select ‘Original audio’ If you do not see the option to select your preferred language, you can instead change this in the settings using the below steps:
