As part of the National Endoscopy Programme we are seeking to appoint our second cohort of enthusiastic and committed trainee Clinical Endoscopists to commence the next training programme in Spring 2021.

The All Wales Healthcare Student PACT is a document which has been created to ensure student’s safe entry into practice learning environments in Wales during pandemic conditions.

We are looking to recruit patient representatives to help us decide which universities should be awarded contracts to deliver heath care education.  Universities in Wales will be asked to bid for these contracts, explaining to us why they think they are the best education providers to train our future nurses, midwives, physiotherapists, podiatrists, audiologists, paramedics etc.

The Minister for Health and Social Services, Vaughan Gething has announced record funding of over £227m to expand health professional workforce training places in Wales, an increase of over £16m from last year.

For the first time the ‘Preparation for Consultant’ course will be run virtually on Wednesday 20 January 2021 and Wednesday 3 February 2021 between 09:30 and 13:00, you will need to attend both dates.
