Incorporating the DCF into appraisals and inductions
The DCF offers organisations an opportunity to support their staff to develop their digital capability. By incorporating the DCF self-evaluation into appraisals and inductions, staff have the ability to demonstrate their levels of digital capability and identify objectives for the next 12 months. Line managers and leaders can offer the DCF as a tool for development and a measurable action.
If you are interested in trialling the DCF as part of your appraisal/PADR process, please contact: Ellen Edwards, Digital Transformation Research and Engagement Lead.
