HEIW is inviting applications for a Flexible Training Lead. The successful applicant will join the Secondary Care team at HEIW and will lead on delivering flexible training across all specialties for all trainees in Wales.
The successful applicant will need to be a substantive consultant working in Wales who has experience of supporting flexible training initiatives and preferably someone who has either worked LTFT, represented LTFT trainees in their specialty or has experience of managing trainees who train LTFT
The post will be offered for 3 years renewable for a further 2 years, subject to satisfactory annual appraisal and agreement of the Director of Secondary Care and Postgraduate Dean
