Mentoring builds supportive learning relationships and fosters a culture of support and compassion through guidance, reflection and role modelling. This in turn empowers mentees to explore their horizons and find their own solutions.
We are happy to share our experience and advice to anyone considering setting up a mentoring scheme for trainees or trainers.
