The NHS Wales General Management Graduate Programme provides you with a first step into NHS Wales management, offering a unique opportunity to make a real difference.
This two year opportunity is designed for aspiring NHS Wales leaders and will provide participants with:

- A full funded Masters Degree, designed and commissioned for the programme
- Several placements, working as part of multi-disciplinary teams, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across NHS Wales, Welsh Government and others
