New primary care workforce planning training course

Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW) is pleased to share the Primary Care Workforce Planning training course. The course is available on Y Ty Dysgu, the learning platform for NHS Wales.

The course encompasses a suite of resources to support staff who are undertaking workforce planning activities in primary care. Supporting further learning and development, the course can be used towards Continuing Professional Development (CPD) too.  

As well as four pre-recorded training sessions which can be accessed to suit individual needs, the resources include a wide range of tools to help develop workforce planning skills.

Those people who have already undertaken workforce planning training and are interested to refresh their skills, will also benefit from this course.
