Our Frontline is a support service developed by NHS England. It offers round-the-clock, one-to-one support, by call or text, from trained volunteers, plus resources, tips and ideas to look after your mental health.

National Wellbeing Helpline

National Wellbeing Hub

The National Wellbeing Hub has been developed by the Scottish Government and is based on the principles of psychological first aid. They provide advice and support for your practical, everyday needs and relationships, as well as tips on self-care, to help you cope with the challenges you’re facing during the pandemic.
