Back to practice for Dental Nurses

If you know of any dental nurses who have either taken a break from working or left the profession for any reason and wish to return to the dental workforce HEIW can help with this.

Returning DNs might wish to take a flexible approach to re-joining the workforce to ensure an appropriate work life balance. We can offer support to develop an action plan to enable a sure, safe and sustainable return to the workplace environment. This includes signposting to essential training courses and events, guidance on current legislation affecting scope of practice, opportunities to network with other professionals and information on continuing a career as a dental professional in Wales via a future structured career pathway.
