Sally is an experienced learning and organisational development professional, specialising in career development within both health and higher education sectors. She has worked in medical education since 2008, initially in the Wales Deanery, primarily in provision of career support for doctors, with related work in faculty development and undergraduate curriculum design. She is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and holds a Masters in Coaching & Mentoring Practice.  Sally currently has a personal interest in late-career reinvention.
