Paula studied psychology, law and health policy as part of her academic career. She is thrilled, this year, to have achieved a MSc in Health Psychology from University College London (Distinction). Paula has worked at the GMC since 2004 and has extensive expertise in medical education regulation. She has led for the GMC on key reviews such as Shape of Training and Adapting for Change and delivered significant change projects, including new standards for postgraduate curricula, standards and outcomes for PAs and AAs and guidance on reflective practice. She is currently leading work on the GMC’s programme, ‘The Future of Education and Career Development’.
