Consultant in Paediatric Emergency Medicine and Faculty Lead in Medical Education, Cardiff and Vale University Health Board

Nikola is a Consultant in Paediatric Emergency Medicine with a longstanding, strong interest in workforce, training and staff wellbeing. As a Faculty Lead, working with HEIW and Medical Education, she also supports trainers and resident doctors to achieve high quality training. Recognising the impact of incivility in healthcare she now also delivers education on Civility Save Lives.
