Welcome to the Sharing Training Excellence in Medical Education (STEME) Conference 2025 webpage.

This face-to-face conference is being hosted at Swansea.com Stadium on Tuesday 23 September 2025 and is primarily open to medical trainers undertaking trainer roles in secondary care or undergraduate education.  (Note: all delegates must be registered in advance).

The aim of the event is to provide an opportunity for medical trainers across NHS Wales to come together to develop knowledge and skills to support them in delivering their trainer roles effectively.

The theme for this year’s conference is ‘Educating and Developing Trainers to Inspire the Next Generation’.
