Leadership skills that last: Applications now open for Clinical Leadership Immersive Programme

The Clinical Leadership Immersive Programme (CLIP) Level 2 is helping to transform primary and community care through strong, compassionate leadership. 

This free, immersive training empowers collaborative Leads, practice managers and clinicians to: 

• build confident, collaborative teams 

• make informed, effective decisions 

• enhance staff wellbeing and retention 

• drive quality improvement and better patient outcomes. 

Participants describe CLIP Level 2 as “transformative, practical and inspiring.” 

The free to access programme is open to band 6–8a equivalent staff, including nurses, pharmacists, dentists and optometrists.  The Strategic Programme for Primary Care Team would support applications to health boards to use cluster funding to backfill course attendance if needed.
