HEIW Optometry are excited to host a Low Vision Multi-Disciplinary Peer Review and provide a forum for multidisciplinary peer support, where attendees can discuss case-based scenarios and effective patient pathways and management between health and social care. The peer review will provide an opportunity to exchange resources, information, experience, and expertise between health and social care involved in the support of those living with sight loss. It will aim to support practitioners in gaining increased confidence in local and national support systems enabling people living with sight loss early access to referral to support services.
