A helpful guide that explains the various job opportunities and career pathways in healthcare science has been launched today by the Healthcare Science Programme at HEIW. The NHS Wales Healthcare Science Framework aims to promote awareness, accessibility, and progression within the healthcare science profession.
The draft Palliative and End of Life Care Competency Framework is designed to support professionals across all sectors and we need your insights to make it stronger. We are excited to hold the first Allied Health Profession (AHP) leadership placement in HEIW, this September. We will be welcoming two pre-reg physiotherapy students for a 4-week leadership placement at HEIW. This is a key step in building high-quality, sustainable placements that develop the next generation of healthcare leaders
