We are thrilled to host a series of free wellbeing webinars for NHS Wales colleagues. After a 30-year corporate career ending in burnout, Beverley turned her experience into a mission to help others avoid the same path. Now an award-winning inspirational speaker and wellbeing mentor, Beverley brings her lived experience to life in this free online series designed to support colleagues across Wales with practical insights to recognise and manage feelings of burn out, financial pressure and mental health issues.
The sessions will be held throughout January and February 2026, please register via the links below:
In this inspiring and honest session, Beverley Jones shares her personal journey from corporate burnout to a life redefined by purpose and wellbeing. With warmth and authenticity, Beverley explores the often-untold truths behind burnout, the warning signs we miss and the small daily actions that can make a big difference. Her story challenges the belief that success is measured by status or salary and instead offers a refreshing perspective: that true wealth lies in balance, wellbeing and living life on your own terms. Attendees will leave feeling empowered, uplifted, and equipped with practical insights. Each attendee will receive a free e-book, ‘How to Avoid Burnout’, to continue the journey beyond the session.
She will share the tools and organisations that helped her at the time. Each attendee will receive a free e-book, 'Financial Well-Being and it's Link to Mental Health'.
This session introduces mindfulness as a powerful, accessible practice to support mental clarity, emotional resilience and stress reduction. Beverley Jones will guide attendees through simple, effective techniques to bring mindful awareness into daily routines, whether at work, at home, or in moments of transition between the two. Participants will learn how regular mindfulness can enhance focus, improve decision-making and support emotional self-regulation. With practical tools and real-life applications, this session empowers professionals to check in with themselves emotionally, create space for calm and build resilience, one mindful moment at a time. Each attendee will receive a free e-book, ‘How to Avoid Burnout’.
In this energising session, Beverley Jones reframes self-care as a daily necessity, not a luxury. Drawing from personal experience and professional insight, she empowers attendees to prioritise their wellbeing without guilt, showing that self-care isn’t selfish, it’s essential.
Participants will explore how neglecting their own needs can accelerate burnout and reduce resilience and learn how simple, consistent actions can protect their energy and emotional health. With practical tools, boundary-setting strategies, and everyday “pause point” techniques, this session offers a clear path to sustainable self-preservation. Attendees will leave with renewed clarity, actionable tips, and the confidence to protect their non-negotiables because looking after yourself is the first step to supporting others.
