Registration

You must have registered through our Eventbrite page to attend this event.
On the day, you must check in with one of our staff members using the QR code ticket provided by Eventbrite. You can download your QR code ticket through the Eventbrite application, browser, or receipt email.

If you need help, please see one of our staff members on the day.

Parking

We recommend that attendees use the public car park in Sophia Gardens, operating on a pay-and-display basis. For further details on parking tariffs, please refer to Visit Cardiff’s Overview of Sophia Gardens Car Park.
If the car park reaches capacity, there are plenty of options around Cardiff within walking distance. More transport information can be found on their web page on Sophia Gardens Transportation.

Public Transport

By train

Cardiff Central Station is the nearest national train station, approximately a 25-minute walk through Sophia Gardens.
Cathays Station is an alternate station close to many of Cardiff University’s buildings. It is approximately a 22-minute walk through Sophia Gardens.

By bus

Cardiff Bus services run regularly between Cardiff Central Station and Cathedral Road adjacent to Sophia Gardens Stadium. Routes going through Cathedral Road include:
•    Number 25 Circular Service to Llandaff North and North Road
•    Number 62 Service to Llandaff, Danescourt, Pentrebane, Fair Water, and Canton
•    Number 63 Service Ffordd Berllan, Central Station, Radyr to Llandaff
