Oral surgery DES accreditation
Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis, with the panel meeting twice yearly to assess all applications received prior to the cut-off date. To be eligible to apply for Oral Surgery DES accreditation, Dental Practitioners must have at least 7 years of experience following their qualification.
How to apply
Your completed application form and supporting documents should be submitted to HEIW.DES@Wales.nhs.uk via a secure file upload and transfer process using WeTransfer. To ensure that your application is directed to the correct team, please clearly state in the subject line that it is for Oral Surgery DES accreditation.
Timelines
All applications should be submitted by midnight on the day of closing. Any submissions received beyond the cut-off will be held until the following application cycle.
