We play a key role in designing and delivering national leadership development programmes to NHS Wales, with a view to improving talent management, supporting succession planning and creating compassionate and collaborative cultures. Our Gwella Portal serves as a central hub for leadership development and hosts a range of evidenced-based culture and leadership tools, including a supervision hub to support staff at all levels.
