Dental Trainer Appreciation Letter

HEIW has launched a new campaign to recognise Educational / Clinical Supervisor who have made a positive impact on your training experience. 

Each year, the end-of-year surveys include many comments about supervisors who go above and beyond to support you. We’d love for this feedback to reach them directly. 

If there is a trainer or mentor you would like to thank, please scan the QR code below and complete the short MS form. A personalised digital letter of appreciation will then be automatically generated and sent to your chosen trainer. 

This is not a one-off initiative, you are encouraged to submit feedback whenever you feel someone deserves recognition. 

Examples might include: 

• An excellent tutorial 

• A clinical situation where your trainer provided outstanding teaching and helped you progress beyond your comfort zone  

• Pastoral support  

• Career mentorship discussions  

The form takes less than two minutes to complete, but your message could make a real difference to their day! 

These individuals play a vital role in your training, and they don’t always hear how much they are appreciated.
