Firm footing

What is resilience?

Resilience is about being able to face difficult moments and keep moving forward, even when things feel challenging. But it doesn’t mean you have to act tough or hide how you feel.

At Ffordd, we believe being strong means having people around you who help each other when things go wrong. We build resilience by:

  • thinking together
  • talking honestly
  • helping each other

So, resilience isn’t just something inside one person - it's roots grow when people work together and support one another. All of us have our part to play.
