Leading Change, Improving Lives

Leading Change, Improving Lives is a collaborative publication developed by Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW) and the Allied Health Professions Federation (AHPF) Cymru.

It showcases a series of innovative Allied Health Professional (AHP) projects from across Wales, highlighting how AHPs are leading service transformation, improving patient outcomes, enhancing efficiency, and contributing to the delivery of national health and care priorities. The document features case studies from Health Boards and NHS organisations across Wales, demonstrating innovation in prevention, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation and community-based care.
