Consultation now open for draft Compassionate Leadership Principles for Health and Social Care in Wales
Consultation on the draft Compassionate Leadership Principles for Health and Social Care in Wales is now open. We welcome feedback on these draft principles by 10th April 2020.
These principles have been co-designed by Social Care Wales and Health Education & Improvement Wales, with input from Prof Michael West, and the Leadership Steering Group which includes representatives of both sectors, Academi Wales and Welsh Government.
They are underpinned by a robust evidence base developed over 30 years by experts in the field. They reflect the feedback gained from the significant engagement during the development of the draft Workforce Strategy for Health & Care, as well as more recent events such as our Autumn Leadership Conference.
During the six week consultation period we will be attending key network meetings and events, with the aim of talking to as many people as possible.
