NHS Wales general management graduate programme

The NHS Wales General Management Graduate Programme provides you with a first step into NHS Wales management, offering a unique opportunity to make a real difference. 

This two year opportunity is designed for aspiring NHS Wales leaders and will provide participants with:

• An annual salary of £31,946 plus a number of benefits including paid annual leave, NHS pension, health and wellbeing initiatives, health service discounts and much more!
• A full funded Masters Degree, designed and commissioned for the programme
• Several placements, working as part of multi-disciplinary teams, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across NHS Wales, Welsh Government and others
• Extensive support is provided throughout the programme with guidance from managers, mentors, management trainee alumni and pastoral support from organisation leads and HEIW Programme Manager.
