Thank you to everyone who participated in the NHS Wales Staff Survey 2024 and for your efforts in sharing the survey with colleagues and teams. Your contributions helped amplify the voices of nearly 25,000 colleagues across NHS Wales.
We are excited to announce that the results are now imminent. NHS organisation-specific results (excluding free comments) will be available to Staff Survey Partnership Leads on Monday, 27 January via a co-created survey dashboard. This soft launch will be followed by the full release to all nominated persons in each NHS organisation on Friday, 31 January.

Next Steps
We will begin analysing the All-Wales results. At a national level, the HEIW Staff Survey Project Team will facilitate conversations among NHS Organisation Staff Survey Partnership Leads to share best practices and encourage collaboration to address shared challenges across NHS Wales.
