AHP workforce transformation repository

Healthcare demand and complexity are increasing (see NHS in 10+ Years from Science Evidence Advice (SEA)). The government is promoting community-based rehabilitation, with a focus on prevention and early intervention tailored to local population health needs. To meet these needs, Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) services must adapt and work together to share and adopt successful workforce models across Wales.

The repository can help AHPs:
