A warm welcome to all healthcare students

A warm welcome to all healthcare students who have started their courses with us in Wales. Whilst many things may be different this year, one thing remains the same - your decision, and commitment, to become involved in the healthcare.

To care for people at often the best or the worst times of their lives is a huge privilege. This privilege comes with it responsibility – the responsibility to do the right thing for the right person at the right time. Your education will take you on a journey that will enable you to take on, and to understand this responsibility to the highest standard for the benefit of the people of Wales.

Always listen well, ask when unsure and remember you never know what can be achieved until you try. Enjoy every moment – your graduation will be here before you know it!
